TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: August 24, 2026 · Little Sports LLC · Nashville, Tennessee

Welcome to POS Grading, operated by Little Sports LLC, Nashville, Tennessee. By using POSGrading.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1.

What This Service Is (and Is Not)

POS Grading is a satirical, entertainment-based collectible card grading service. We celebrate rough corners, questionable centering, mystery stains, and cards that have clearly lived a life. We provide AI-generated image-based grades, humorous/sarcastic commentary, digital/shareable grade results, and physical novelty fulfillment items such as stickers, sleeves, and related materials mailed after grading.

We also sell POS Packs: digital rip packs that draw from a pool of real physical trading cards we already own and have catalogued, play a reveal animation showing what you drew, and then ship those physical cards to you. POS Packs are a separate product from grading credits. They do not consume grading credits and they are not a grading service. Sections 14 through 20 govern POS Packs and control over any conflicting general term elsewhere in these Terms.

Important: We do not physically inspect cards. All grading is based solely on images submitted by users. We are not affiliated with Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA), Beckett Grading Services, CGC, SGC, or any other third-party grading company.

2.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use paid features of the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

3.

Subscription Plan

The POS Shoebox Club is a monthly subscription currently priced at $20 per month. It includes 25 grading credits per month plus a monthly shipment of curated imperfect cards (the Shoebox Club box). The box includes a mystery batch of POS-worthy cards, at least one pre-graded POS card with a sarcastic grade and story, and chase possibilities which may include vintage, error, star, or miscut cards. Box contents are subject to availability and may vary each month.

Subscription credits may roll over up to a maximum of 50 credits while the subscription remains active.

Subscriptions are billed automatically through Stripe unless canceled. You may cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior charges.

We may change subscription features, box contents, pricing, rollover rules, or credit limits prospectively. If required by law or Stripe rules, we will provide notice before changes take effect.

5.

One-Time Credit Packs

One-time grading credit packs are currently offered as Entry, Standard, and Bulk options. These one-time credits do not expire, subject to abuse prevention, fraud prevention, discontinued service, or other limitations described in these Terms.

Credits have no cash value, are not legal tender, and may not be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash.

6.

Image Submission & Accuracy

You are responsible for uploading clear and accurate card images and for ensuring images represent the actual card condition.

We are not responsible for poor image quality, misleading angles, bad lighting, cropped photos, glare, hidden damage, missing damage not visible in photos, or any differences between the image and the physical card.

7.

Grading Disclaimer

All grades, scores, and commentary are AI-generated, subjective, and based only on submitted images. They are provided for entertainment and novelty purposes only.

POS grades are not certified, not industry-recognized, and not valid for resale, insurance, appraisal, authentication, or valuation purposes. Do not rely on POS grades for factual, financial, legal, insurance, collector-value, or resale decisions.

8.

No Physical Custody of Your Cards

At no point does POS Grading take possession of, handle, store, ship, receive, authenticate, or evaluate cards that you own. You should not mail cards to us. All grading evaluations are remote and image-based only.

This is a statement about your cards, not ours. POS Packs are drawn from physical cards that POS Grading already owns, stores, and ships. Cards you receive from a POS Pack are ours until they ship to you, and we never take custody of anything you send us.

9.

Fulfillment & Shipping (Outbound Only)

After grading, we may ship physical novelty fulfillment items such as stickers, sleeves, common graded POS cards, authenticity/novelty materials, or promotional items to the shipping address you provide.

Bonus items, premium card possibilities, vintage card possibilities, and promotional inserts are novelty benefits and are subject to availability. We may substitute, modify, or discontinue bonus items at any time.

We are responsible for sending items, but we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages after shipment, incorrect addresses provided by users, or delivery issues outside our reasonable control.

Cards pulled from a POS Pack are also shipped outbound only, and everything in this section applies to them, including our lack of responsibility for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages after shipment, and incorrect addresses you provide. Section 19 sets out the additional terms specific to pack shipping, including how and when you must give us a shipping address.

10.

Digital Results & Social Sharing

The Service may generate digital/shareable grade cards, including Open Graph images for sharing. You may share your results publicly, provided you do not represent POS grades as official industry grades or use them to mislead buyers, marketplaces, collectors, insurers, or the public.

11.

AI-Generated Content

We use AI tools and related service providers, which may include Anthropic or other providers, to analyze images and generate grading commentary. AI outputs may be inaccurate, inconsistent, subjective, humorous, offensive to your card, or just plain wrong. That is part of the joke, but it is also a real limitation.

You agree not to rely on AI outputs for factual, financial, resale, insurance, authentication, or valuation decisions.

12.

User Content

By submitting images or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, analyze, store, display, and use that content to provide the Service, create grading results, fulfill orders, improve the Service, prevent abuse, and operate our business.

We may use anonymized or de-identified examples of submitted cards and results for marketing, demonstrations, social posts, product improvement, or promotional materials.

13.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued at our discretion through Stripe. We may deny refunds if grading has already been completed, credits have been used, physical fulfillment has begun or shipped, abuse or fraud is suspected, or the request violates these Terms.

Canceled subscriptions stop future billing but do not automatically refund prior subscription charges.

POS Pack purchases are an exception to the discretion described above. They are final and non-refundable, because the draw runs and your cards are pulled out of live inventory the moment your payment completes and before you see the reveal. See Section 14. The narrow exceptions are described in Section 17.

14.

POS Packs: What You Are Buying

A POS Pack is a one-time purchase of a fixed, disclosed number of physical trading cards, selected by a randomized draw against published odds. You are buying the cards. The rip animation, the grade commentary, and the reveal are how we deliver them, not what you are paying for.

Every POS Pack delivers the full number of cards stated for that pack. There is no outcome in which you pay and receive nothing. What varies between packs is which specific cards you receive and what tiers they fall into.

POS Packs are sold on an all-sales-final basis. When your payment completes, the draw runs immediately and the specific cards you pulled are reserved out of live inventory and are no longer available to anyone else. This happens before the reveal is shown to you. There is no point after purchase at which the result can be undone, re-rolled, exchanged, or refunded, and we do not offer one. Do not purchase a POS Pack if you are not comfortable with that.

Cards you receive from a POS Pack are yours to keep, sell, trade, or throw away. POS Grading does not buy cards back, does not redeem them for cash, credits, or store value, and does not offer any exchange for a different card. Nothing in a POS Pack is transferable back to us.

Odds, prices, pack contents, tier definitions, and the cards in the pool may change at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after the change. The odds published on the pack page at the moment you buy are the odds your pack is drawn against.

The figures below are the odds in effect as of the effective date of these Terms. The live odds for each pack are published on the pack page and are generated directly from the same configuration the draw itself uses, so the two cannot disagree. Where the table below and the pack page differ, the pack page is current and controls.

Odds, Randomness & Auditability

Each POS Pack is built from two kinds of slots. Guaranteed slots always deliver a card of a stated tier - those are not random and carry no odds. The final slot is the randomized one, and the published percentages describe that slot only.

The published odds are not a marketing estimate. They are generated from the same stored pack configuration that the draw engine reads when it runs, so the numbers shown to you and the numbers rolled against are the same numbers by construction, not by us keeping two lists in agreement.

Randomized draws use a cryptographically secure random number generator provided by the Node.js runtime. We do not use ordinary pseudorandom functions for any draw. Each roll draws four bytes of cryptographic randomness and maps them to a uniform value across the full odds table.

Every randomized roll is recorded to an internal audit log at the moment it happens. Each record stores the exact odds table that roll was made against, the random value produced, the tier requested, the tier actually delivered, whether a substitution occurred (see Section 16), whether member odds were applied, and the specific card reserved. These records are written inside the same database transaction as the draw itself, so a recorded roll and a delivered card cannot come apart.

We retain these audit records for as long as we operate the pack product. If you believe a specific pack was drawn incorrectly, contact support@posgrading.com with your order details and we will review the recorded roll for that pack.

Nothing in this section is a claim that POS Grading operates a publicly verifiable or cryptographically provable draw. We do not publish per-purchase seeds or commitments, and we do not offer independent third-party verification. What we offer is a cryptographically secure roll, published odds generated from the live configuration, and a durable internal audit record of every roll.

16.

Tiers, Substitution & No Guaranteed Card

Every card in the POS Pack pool is assigned exactly one tier. Tiers are our own categories. They are not industry designations, they are not recognized by anyone else, and they are assigned by hand by POS Grading staff based on our own subjective judgment of a card's collectibility. The tiers are:

Firewood: worthless commons. Filler only. Someone had to draw the short straw.

Funny Bad: entertainingly destroyed. This is the brand.

Nostalgia: recognizable names. Junk wax stars. You know these guys.

Actually Cool: numbered, relics, vintage commons, refractors. A real hit.

Case Hits: autos, vintage stars, spectacular legendary beaters. The chase.

A card's tier is completely separate from its POS grade. The POS grade is our satirical 1 to 10 measure of how visibly destroyed a card is. The tier is our judgment of what the card is. A card can be a high tier and a low grade, or the reverse. Neither one is a statement about market value, and neither is derived from the other.

No POS Pack guarantees any specific card, player, team, set, year, serial number, autograph, relic, grade, or condition. Guaranteed slots guarantee a tier and nothing further. Within a tier, the specific card you receive is selected at random from every card of that tier currently available in the pool.

Substitution: if the pool for a tier is empty at the moment your pack is drawn, that slot is filled from the next tier up instead, and never from a lower tier. Substitution can only ever move upward through Firewood, Funny Bad, Nostalgia, Actually Cool, Case Hits. You will never receive a card from a tier below the one your slot called for. Every substitution is recorded in the audit log described in Section 15.

Photographs, examples, and cards shown anywhere on POSGrading.com, including the Chase Wall, in promotional material, on social media, or in the reveal animation, are illustrative of what the pool has contained. They are not a representation that any of those cards is currently available or that you have any chance of receiving a specific one. Cards shown as already pulled are gone.

17.

Pack Availability, Sell-Outs & Fulfillment Failures

POS Packs are only offered for sale while we hold enough physical inventory behind the published odds to fill them. Availability is checked automatically against live inventory at the moment of checkout, not on a schedule and not by hand. A pack that cannot be filled is not offered.

Because that check is live, a pack can become unavailable between the time you load the page and the time you attempt to buy. If that happens your purchase is declined before any payment is taken, and you are not charged. Packs return to sale automatically when inventory allows. We may also mark a pack as unavailable at our discretion, including while we build inventory ahead of a launch.

We do not operate a waitlist, a reservation system, a queue, or a backorder for sold-out packs, and we do not accept payment against future inventory.

In rare circumstances a payment may complete but the draw may fail to produce a result, for example if inventory is exhausted by concurrent purchases in the moments between the availability check and the draw. If this happens, no cards are reserved and no result is recorded. We are alerted automatically. We will contact you and, at our option, either issue you an equivalent pack once inventory allows or refund the purchase in full. This is the only circumstance in which a POS Pack purchase is refundable as of right, and it exists because in that circumstance you did not receive a pack at all.

If you are charged and do not receive a reveal link or a result within a reasonable time, contact support@posgrading.com with your payment confirmation.

18.

Member Pricing & Member Odds

Active POS Shoebox Club subscribers receive discounted pack pricing and modestly improved odds on the randomized slot. Both are shown on the pack page alongside standard pricing and standard odds.

Member benefits are applied automatically based on the email address you enter at checkout matching an active subscription in our records. You do not need to be signed in, and we do not otherwise verify that you are the subscriber. If you enter an email address belonging to an active subscription, the member price and member odds are applied to that purchase. Do not enter an email address that is not yours.

Member pricing and member odds are evaluated separately: pricing is determined when you begin checkout, and odds are determined when your payment completes and the draw runs. If your subscription starts, lapses, or is canceled between those two moments, it is possible to receive member pricing with standard odds, or standard pricing with member odds. Both outcomes are a consequence of how the system works and neither entitles you to a refund or an adjustment.

Member pricing and member odds apply only to POS Pack purchases made while the subscription is active. They are not retroactive, are not credited, and have no value if unused. Canceling your subscription ends them immediately for future purchases.

We may change the member discount, the member odds, or discontinue member benefits entirely at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after the change.

19.

Pack Shipping, Claim Window & Card Condition

Cards pulled from a POS Pack are physical cards and are shipped to you. We do not collect a shipping address at checkout. You enter it after the reveal, on the pack results page. This is deliberate, so that buying and opening a pack does not require filling out a form first.

Because of that, we cannot ship your cards until you give us an address. You have 90 days from the date of purchase to submit a shipping address. If you do not, we may return your cards to the general pool and treat the pack as abandoned. No refund is due for an abandoned pack, and once cards have returned to the pool they cannot be recovered for you. Keep the link to your pack results, and contact support@posgrading.com before the 90 days elapse if you have lost it.

Pulled cards ship in periodic batches rather than individually. We do not guarantee a ship-by date, a delivery date, tracking, insurance, or any particular carrier or packaging method, and shipping timelines are not part of what you purchase. Section 9 applies in full to pack shipments.

We currently ship to United States addresses. Requests to ship elsewhere are handled at our discretion and may be declined, in which case we will refund the purchase.

Condition: every card in a POS Pack is a used, damaged, or otherwise imperfect card. That is the entire premise of the product. Cards are sold as-is, with all faults, and we make no warranty of any kind as to condition, centering, corners, surface, edges, print quality, completeness, cleanliness, odor, or anything else. Damage is not a defect here and is not grounds for a return, replacement, or refund.

We do not authenticate, appraise, certify, or verify the genuineness of any card in a POS Pack, and we make no representation that any card is authentic, unaltered, correctly identified, or of any particular value. Any grade, description, tier, player name, year, set, or commentary we attach to a pack card is for entertainment and may be wrong. Section 7, Section 11, and Section 16 apply to pack cards in full.

20.

POS Packs Are a Sale of Goods

POS Packs are a retail sale of collectible trading cards, in the same manner as a sealed pack of cards sold at retail. Every purchaser receives the full stated quantity of physical cards. There is no losing outcome, no forfeiture of the purchase price, no wager, no stake, and no possibility of receiving nothing in exchange for payment.

POS Packs are not a lottery, sweepstakes, contest, raffle, game of chance, or gambling product of any kind, and no aspect of a POS Pack should be understood as one. The randomized element determines which cards of the promised quantity you receive, not whether you receive them.

POS Grading does not operate a secondary market, does not buy cards back, does not facilitate resale, and does not offer credits, tokens, points, or any redeemable value in place of cards. Cards are the only thing a POS Pack produces.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a POS Pack, as set out in Section 2.

POS Packs are void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction, and we may decline or cancel any order.

21.

Accounts & Grade Tracking

Accounts may be required or optional depending on the feature. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining accurate information and protecting your login credentials.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, purchases, credits, or access at any time if abuse, fraud, unauthorized use, or violations of these Terms are suspected.

22.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to upload illegal, infringing, abusive, obscene, or inappropriate content; attempt to manipulate grading outcomes; reverse engineer, scrape, attack, or overload the Service; use the Service to defraud, mislead, or deceive others; or represent POS grades as professional, certified, or market-recognized grades.

23.

No Liability for Card Value

We are not responsible for card value changes, market perception, resale outcomes, lost sales, marketplace decisions, collector opinions, or any financial result related to use or sharing of POS grades.

24.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Sports LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunities, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or any reliance on grading results.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific purchase or subscription month giving rise to the claim.

25.

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Little Sports LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims arising from your submissions, your use of grading results, your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

26.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

27.

Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration except where prohibited by law or where a claim may be brought in small claims court. You and Little Sports LLC waive the right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.

28.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on POSGrading.com with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
