Personal Information — name, email address, shipping address, account information, support communications.

Order, Credit & Subscription Information — purchase option selected, grading credit balance, subscription status, renewal or cancellation status, Stripe customer identifiers, order history, fulfillment status, grade tracking information.

Usage Data — browser and device information, IP address, pages visited, referring pages, timestamps, analytics and performance data.

Content — images of submitted cards, uploaded card information, grading results, generated grade cards, and related grading commentary.

We use information to process orders and subscriptions, manage grading credits, generate image-based grades and commentary, deliver digital/shareable results, ship physical novelty items, provide customer support, send transactional and marketing emails, prevent fraud and abuse, improve the Service, and comply with legal obligations.

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details. Stripe may process payment method information, billing details, subscription status, refunds, cancellations, and customer portal activity according to Stripe's own terms and privacy practices.

Images and related submission data may be processed using AI services and related technology providers, which may include Anthropic or other providers. This processing is used to analyze visible card condition, generate grading commentary, create POS scores, and improve or operate the Service.

We use shipping information to mail stickers, sleeves, bonus cards, premium/vintage possibility items, authenticity/novelty materials, and other physical fulfillment items after grading. We may share shipping information with fulfillment, postage, and carrier-related service providers as needed.

We may share data with payment processors (Stripe), hosting and database providers, AI service providers, email providers, analytics providers, fulfillment and shipping providers, customer support tools, legal and compliance providers, and other service providers who help us operate POSGrading.com. We do not sell your personal data.

You may receive order updates, subscription or credit-related notices, account messages, support responses, and promotional emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Transactional or legally required emails may still be sent.

We may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for analytics, performance, security, remembering preferences, and understanding how users interact with the Service.

We retain information as long as necessary to provide the Service, manage orders and subscriptions, maintain grade tracking, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, and operate our business.

Card images and grading results may be retained for account history, support, quality review, and product improvement unless deletion is requested and we are legally or operationally able to delete them.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access to your data, request correction or deletion, opt out of marketing, or ask questions about our privacy practices. Contact support@posgrading.com.

Subscription cancellation and billing updates may also be handled through the Stripe customer portal.

The Service is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Paid purchases and subscriptions are intended for users 18 and older.

If you share grading results publicly, your shared content may be visible to others. Digital grade cards, Open Graph images, or shared links may include card images, POS scores, and commentary. Do not share anything you do not want made public.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on POSGrading.com with a new effective date.
